Ever since this restaurant has opened, they have been adding new dishes to their menu!

Who is Ganh Vietnamese Restaurant?

This restaurant is a family business of brothers and sister. I own a chain of Vietnamese sandwich shops, called Ngon banh mi and Tea. (2228 Kingsway). It has been in business since 2018.

My other brother and sister also has a chain of restaurants in Vietnam. All our dishes incorporate a variety of fresh herbs, in order to enhance aromatic quality and complex flavours.

For example , our signature dish is the fish noodle, with different herbs , sweetness and sourness. We use fermented rice , fermented wine and tamarind to create a unique sourness . Our fish cake and fish sausage are house-made.
