I just recently received a care package from Nutridom. There was a bottle of CoQ10, omega-3, multivitamin, ginseng, vitamin C and Zinc. These were some supplements that was recommended for a healthy lifestyle.
So far, the capsules were easy to digest and tolerated. I liked that they were a Canadian company too!

Very interesting. I took the same vitamins through out the winter recommend by my doctor. It’s summer time and I am down to taking just the multi vitamin.
