I have always been a fan of Ghibli Studio’s animation. Sadly, all the entrance tickets have to be ordered over a month ahead, so I wasn’t able to visit the inside of the museum. Without a ticket meant that I couldn’t even visit the cafe or gift shop! I was a little disappointed, but I had already decided to do the next best thing….I walked around the outside! But, I still needed my Totoro fix, so I went to search for some yummy cream puffs.
Shiro-Hige Cream Puffs
Be prepared to line up for these delicious cream puffs! The store front was very small, but the staff was very quick, so I didn’t have to wait very long.
There were cookies for purchasing, but my goal were the cream puffs! Look how cute!!! I ordered custard, chocolate, strawberry and caramel banana filling. They were delicious and not too sweet at all!
Hopefully, I get to go to the Museum some other day….

Wow! This is amazing place. I think I have one thing in common with your post and it is crocheted Totoro bookmark 🙂

Ohhhh, I would love to visit this! I love Totoro (and so glad Netflix now has the movie so I can watch it again). Those creampuffs look too good to eat, I love that there are different flavours, I have never seen creampuffs here with another filling other than whipped cream. I am curious about chocolate and custard. Mmm.

Those cream puffs are so cute! At least you didn’t have to buy them a month in advance! 😁
