Vendor Feature: Silver Shea Designs

This is my new necklace by Silver Shea! Recently, I won her giveaway, so I wanted to interview her.

1)Who are you?

My name is Christina Patton! I am a wife to the best kind of man!! We have been married for nearly 11 years. We are best friends and business partners, we have a large commercial Broiler Chicken Farm and own Mobile Home Parks in the States. I am a mother to four amazing little ladies ages 3,5,7, and 8. We live on Vancouver Island and believe the West Coast is the Best Coast! We love our small town and it has been our home since the moment we got married!

I love business! My passion in life is art and creating and my Sterling Silver Jewellery Line is my art in a form! I’m constantly drawing and creating in many different forms on the daily!

I also recently completed my Diploma in Interior Design at the Interior Design Institute and have a small Interior Design Business! My home is my canvas and I’m constantly refreshing my spaces!

2) Why did you start this business?

I’ve been making jewellery all my life and have a love for Silver! All my jewellery is designed and Certified Sterling Silver!

I started this business because it’s my passion and I would like to breathe positivity into the world and spread hope- working with charity organizations is something I’ve already begun! Using my art and products to support world changing organizations is my heart.

3) What difficulties have you faced so far for this business? And how did you overcome them?

This business has been so fun so far but I have never run an online business so that is all new territory, so much to learn and challenges have come with unexpected interactions that have absolutely nothing to do with my business, disappointing!

Another challenge has been my poor packaging on some studs for my first ever giveaway but I learnt so much from it and now have the perfect, heavy duty packaging!

4) What are your future goals?

Future goals with this company are to launch all my designs and lines as well as my customizable lines! Also to work closely with non profit organizations that promote positivity and change.

Leaving the world a better place is one of my main life goals! Or at least trying to!

5) Favourite past times?

Favorite past times include creating and art, sports in all forms, skiing, dirt biking, making epic burn fires, running, anythibf that gives me an adrenaline rush! I am a thrill seeker. I love entertaining and hanging out with my amazing family and beautiful friends. I am so blessed by relationships! I love anything to do with my family and my girls!

6) Favourite food?

My favourite food is so simple. RICE. It is so versatile and you can put anything on that shtuff!! And make anything from it. It is the perfect food in my mind!
