I usually leave for Ontario earlier than my husband does in December. Last year, I bought most of the gifts in Ontario and it was exhausting, even though I had a few weeks to prepare. This year I told him that we should order online instead, and that I would contribute by making sugar cookies. The exact sugar cookie recipe can be found on my blog.
I make miniature sugar cookies and put them in fancy tins (psst. All of the fancy wrapping can be purchased at Dollarama!) At least baking is something I actually enjoy doing. Shopping just feels headache to me these days to me. 🙇♀️

Many cities have them… especially European or European influenced cities…
